  32. In the event that the ADVERTISER is allowed a discount based upon 
  33. future insertions and ADVERTISER does not complete the contract, 
  34. BBS shall calculate the amount actually due and shall be entitled 
  35. to collect based upon the short rate.

  38. ADVERTISER requests a blind ad with replies to a private mail 
  39. box. The additional charge is $ 25.00 ( twenty five & no/100
  40. dollars) per each.

  45. BBS reserves the right to place the advertisement in a more 
  46. appropriate category than requested. Specific placement is not 
  47. guaranteed. The advertising copy must be reasonably acceptable to 
  48. BBS.

  51. Deadline for insertion is:  3 days before publishing

  54. NOTE: BBS may in its discretion refuse any advertisement in it 
  55. business judgment. In the event of any error or failure to 
  56.                            
  57. publish, the sole liability of the BBS will be either:

  59. provision of a "make good" at no charge; 
  60.  
  61. partial refund 
  62.  
  63. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR OTHER 
  64. DAMAGES IS ASSUMED; THE SOLE REMEDY IS A MAKE GOOD OR A PARTIAL 
  65. REFUND

  67. ADVERTISER is required to review the initial insertion of the 
  68. advertisement and call to the attention of BBS any error. If the 
  69. first insertion passes without report, payment is required.

  71. ADVERTISER warrants that it is legally authorized to advertise 
  72. the product or service, and that the advertisement does not 
  73. infringe any copyrights, patents or trademarks or contract that 
  74. ADVERTISER is a party to. ADVERTISER will indemnify BBS for any 
  75. claims made by third parties related to the advertisement.

  77. ADVERTISER must give a minimum notice of 3 days for  cancellation
  78. and must pay for any insertions between the  insertion and the
  79. minimum notice period.

  82. BBS may change these terms upon notice to the ADVERTISER. In 
  83. addition, the BBS from time to time may issue "bulletins" or 
  84. provide text files for download and review which contain 
  85. regulations or rates related to classified advertising. These 
  86. terms shall be deemed to be incorporated in this agreement.
